This page describes how Digital Evergarden handles information submitted through digital-evergarden.com.
1. Controller

2. Data collected
The form collects your email address and the consent choices you submit. FormSubmit and the email provider may process the submission. The hosting provider may process technical request logs. Analytics runs only after separate consent and only when an analytics ID is configured.
3. Purposes
Your email is used to process your request to receive product updates. It may be used for product news only when you separately agree to marketing messages. Technical data supports website operation and security.
4. Recipients and retention
The .com form sends submissions to FormSubmit, which forwards them to support@digital-evergarden.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The operator keeps an active subscription request until you unsubscribe. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, the address is removed from the active list within 30 days.
5. Russian visitors
This site is intended for the international market. The .com form is not geofenced and may be accessible from Russia. Do not submit this form if you are a Russian resident; use the Russian site when its local signup flow is available.
6. Analytics and cookies
Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are disabled until the visitor opts in. If enabled, they may process technical identifiers and visit information. List the configured services and IDs before publication.
7. Your choices and retention
Contact support@digital-evergarden.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. You can also unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email.
8. International transfers
FormSubmit may process data in a country different from yours. Review the provider’s current privacy notice and applicable transfer safeguards before submitting personal information.
